Diary of 588 588 Event What to do in Himeji Autumn(9-11) Seasonal Event
After Himeji castle visit, what do you plan to do at night?
As Himeji castle the gate closes at 16:00 (and you can stay until 17:00 but
not later than that), we have been thinking for the activity after that for the visitors for years….
Himeji castle is really beautiful at night, and I personally
like night castle more than the one in daytime.
Finally, we planned this event, which we can PR
how beautiful Himeji castle at night is, and
to eat dinner together and encounter the new people!
(and what is plus, is the japanese traditional music player
joined this event ,so we can enjoy the sound at picnic! yay!)

Himeji Night Picnic with Okoto(お箏/ Japanese traditional Harp)
Let’s enjoy night outdoor picnic with us!
we prepare the bento(or same equiv. food) and
Okoto(お箏/Japanese traditional Harp) mini-live (20-30 minutes)
by young champion , Ms. Yuuka Kodama, the gold medal
contest winner of 2018 K-Japanese traditional music.
* Ms. Odama will NOT wear kimono on this day.
We will set up the picnic place (outdoor) near Himeji castle,
so you can enjoy Himeji castle light up at Nighttime.
It is casual picnic but priceless atmosphere.
