Diary of 588 Local Food What to eat Local Sake

Konnichiwa!
My name is Kyoko, the owner of Himeji 588 Guesthouse
who just Loooooove eating&drinking!
I am often asked by the guest which restaurant
or bistro should they eat out, so I will introduce
little by little.
Today, I introduce “Yamagi”(やま義)
http://tabelog.com/hyogo/A2805/A280501/28034320/
Since Himeji faces to Setouchi Inland sea, and
rich in seafood, I reccomend to eat “anago(あなご)”
, in english, “conger eel”.
Anago(conger eel) is often in high-price, yet
this bistro offer in reasonable price-range.
This “anago-donburi” is 790 yen!
I think it is volumy, and yummy!
good for lunch, and early dinner.
Yamagi(やま義)
