We’re located in a shopping street on the way from the station to the castle. The moat of the castle is only a 5-minute walk from here.
You can also go out at night to enjoy the fantastic Himeji Castle. The scenery is as if you have slipped back in time!
*Attention! Be sure to google “Himeji 588 Guesthouse” when searching. If you look up the address (Honmachi 68), you’ll find a location that is completely different. The reason is that Honmachi 68 represents the second-most extensive area in Japan, which covers the entire area around Himeji Castle.
So again, be sure to search for “Himeji 588 Guesthouse”. *The largest address in Japan is the Imperial Palace.

We DO NOT have a parking lot. Please use a public parking lot nearby. (recommended car park as below)
Cars are allowed on the shopping street in front of the guest house. Please arrive from the north side (the castle side) and park adjacent to the guest house.
Visitors coming by car may drop off their luggage first, and then proceed to the public parking lot.
