Staff recommendation / 3 Bakery in Himeji

588 Guesthouse’s staff introduces you to Himeji. This time it’s Moe, a university student.

Do you know there are many bakeries in Himeji?

Today, I would like to introduce three bakeries that I, a bread lover living in Himeji,

1. Bakery Lamp(ベーカリー燈）There are many different kinds of bagels at this bakery, and I can enjoy them no matter how many times I visit.  I especially liked the ones with cream cheese!
   

I haven’t tried it yet, but they also have delicious hamburgers!

This one is located near Himeji Castle, so how about a bagel in one hand and a view of the castle from the park ?

2.　Jyagapan(じゃがぱん）
This bakery has many cute breads made with seasonal vegetables and various ingredients!

Every time I visit, I discover a variety of flavors.
I prefer hard breads and always pick one of them!

Since the bakery is located near the river, it is recommended for those who are hungry and want to take a stroll along the streets of Himeji and the river.

3. Bogoul ボングール。
Anyway, the curry bread is excellent!

The dough is crispy on the outside and sticky to the touch, which is hard to imagine from the crispy batter.
The curry in it accents it and makes it very tasty.

This store is located a few minutes’ walk from Tegara Station on the Sanyo Electric Railway, so it is recommended for a short trip by train

In fact, there are many other bakeries we would like to introduce besides these three.
I am always exploring different bakeries on my days off, so let me introduce you to some more next time.
