Life in Himeji

We also run “shared house ” in Himeji.
If you plan for long-term stay, it might be your choice.

This is a shared house for both boys and girls!
It takes 15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by bicycle from Himeji Station.
It’s about a 10-minute walk to Himeji Castle. It’s near the outer moat of Himeji Castle, where you can enjoy beautiful cherry blossoms in spring.
It’s a two-story house with seven rooms as well as two washrooms and a bathroom that has a large bathtub.
There’s an air conditioner in each room. TV is in the shared living room, and wi-fi is also available.
We have English speaking staff for viewings or other inquiries.

・Both men and women between the ages of 18 and 40 who are mentally independent. Foreigners are welcome.
・Interview required

★Rent: Japanese-style room 32,000 yen/month (with padlock door) Western-style room 35,000 yen/month (with closet)
Common service fee: Actual cost split between residents (approx. 7,000 yen in spring and fall, over 10,000 yen in summer and winter)
Parking: 6,000 yen/month Motorcycle: 1,000 yen/month Bicycle: free

Move-in fee: 50,000 yen upon moving in (non-refundable)

Other: A notice is required 2 months before moving out. Cleaning is done by residents on a rotation.
